Monster match. Egg DIY: easy to make and fun toddler activity game

Easy to make and fun toddler matching activity game by tinyn3rds!

Skills: fine motor, matching, language development

Supplies: plastic egg, monster temporary tattoos, wet paper towel

Just cut the monsters in half, then apply to the egg just like applying to the skin.

Tip 1: Make sure monsters are evenly spaced.
Tip 2: Be careful, because they get a little slippery once they start to loosen from the paper and you can wrinkle the tattoo. Once dry they stick great.
Tip 3: If any pieces are lifted use the wet paper towel to carefully wipe them down.
Tip 4: be prepared for a tattoo covered kid :)

At least it's a cute egg now. • Supplies: plastic egg, 4 monster tattoos (@duckystreet), wet paper towel • Swipe to see this in action and obviously this activity led to E being covered in tattoos. We sing the ABC song while applying each tattoo, so it's still educational. At least that's what I tell myself. • Cut the monsters in half, then apply to the egg just like applying to the skin. They have the best kids designs and at $3 a sheet I don't mind E using an entire sheet to cover her body. • #tinyn3rds #invitationtoplay #learningthroughplay #earlylearning #preschool #toddler #toddleractivities #totschool #toddlerlearning #teachingtoddlers #playmatters #earlyeducation #teachingathome #homeeducation #toddlertime #oursensorykids #earlylearning101 #getcreativewith #steamkidschallenge
