If for some reason you don't need your unshipped order any more - we will cancel and refund. We don't accept cancellations for shipped orders.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Got your order and not happy with our products? We will provide full refund without sending products back if there are any problems with the quality, they were damaged during the shipping process or items do not match our descriptions. This is also guaranteed by PayPal's Buyer Protection.
Also you can return purchased goods for any other reason, like you just canged your mind and don't want them any more. In this case our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our Shenzhen warehouse.
