PROCESS
Preparation
Gather your ideas for the party theme, color scheme, and details. Collecting visual references or creating a Pinterest board can be very helpful. Also, prepare information and photos for any characters.
Place Your Order
After completing your purchase on our site, send us all the gathered information. We will create a design brief and send it to you for approval within 2 working days.
Design
Once you approve the brief, we'll begin creating the color scheme and
illustrations. We'll send you the main illustrations for approval within
5 working days.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At this stage, if you are not satisfied with the results, you can cancel the order and we will refund the full amount paid.
Finalizing Details
After approving the main illustrations, tell us all the party details for the invitation layout, and list all the matching items along with their sizes. You can view examples of these items on our website.
Delivery
All materials will be ready within 5 working days and sent to you as Corjl templates and JPEG/PDF files.
Revisions
If you have any comments or need revisions, please let us know within a week.
TERMS
- Considering the above timelines, please try to place your order at least a month before the event to allow time for printing and sending out invitations.
- All illustrations and materials created for this order are our property. You acquire the right to use the templates and files for printing materials for personal use only, not for commercial purposes, and you cannot share the files or access to the templates with third parties.
- We reserve the right to add the created materials to our catalog for sale as a complete party package, but we commit to altering the characters' faces and hairstyles and not publishing them until after your event to ensure its uniqueness.
- All correspondence and illustrations are considered confidential until the final approval of the illustrations. In the event of a cancellation and refund, you are not permitted to use or publish the illustrations in any form.
